Browse through the fragrance and skincare pages, and once you see the item you are looking for, enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the text box below that product's price and click on the "Add to Bag" button.
step2: My Bag button
This will take you to a view of your bag. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you wish to remove an item from your basket, click the "Remove Product" icon. If you wish to update the quantity of a particular item in your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the text box next to the item, and click the "Update Quantity" icon.
step3: Check out
Click on the Checkout button. The checkout is in three parts:
1. Enter the billing and shipping information.
2. Verify the information and place the order.
You may change information on your order until you click the "Submit" button. Once you click this button, your order has been submitted and cannot be changed.

You may return any unopened item purchased from www.KenzoStore.com.au within 14 days. Just contact us and we will issue you a return authorisation number. Mail it with the product packed carefully and insured (at your own expense) with a copy of your invoice. Upon receipt of goods, providing goods are in original condition, we will refund the invoiced price, excluding shipping charges. Kenzo Parfums' products not purchased from www.KenzoStore.com.au cannot be accepted for returns.

Our orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Post. A signature will be required on delivery of your order. If there is no one to sign for your order, a delivery card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your local post office.

For orders over $100, delivery is without charge.
For orders under $100 there will be a $8 handling and shipping fee.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Australia. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the close of business day on Tuesday. Delivery will be between 1 - 7 days from when your order is processed.

To redeem your Gift Voucher:
1. Simply log online to www.KenzoStore.com.au
2. Choose your favourite products and add them to Your Bag.
3. Upon check out, type in your voucher number in the Coupon / Gift Voucher Code box. The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
4. Postage and handling is free.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.KenzoStore.com.au- it is not valid for in-store redemption.
2. Please respect the expiry date. No extension, credit or refund will be granted for expired gift vouchers.
3. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once- it will be void once used. Therefore, if the entire amount is not used during one transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited (no change, no refund nor credit will be issued).
4. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift voucher value.
5. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.Treat your gift voucher like cash. Lost and stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
